Their only excuse for hating YQY is only the things she did to yun che in the past, though honestly i don’t really care about about the thing she did to yun che.

what is mere hatred in front of benefits like getting beauty and getting stronger?

I think it has to do with some other novels. I think some other novels don’t really do “redemptions”. If they are bad, they are wholly bad and have no redeeming qualities. If they are good, they are perfect docile angels that would do anything and everything for MC. That’s one thing that I like about this story is that the characters are complex and sometimes people do bad deeds for good reasons. Like take the former moon emperor. He as a pretty chill guy and if the whole “kidnapped Jasmine’s mom” thing happened to ANYONE ELSE, everyone would’ve been more upset at him dieing. But, bc it was Jasmine’s mom, I saw a lot of people rejoicing at him dieing. I know I had conflicted feelings when Jasmine attacked him. I kept going back and forth between “yea, go Jasmine in getting your revenge” and “oh no, he won’t be with his one true love anymore”. So I think one reason that people hate YQY is bc (from some other novels) a character that harms the MC or the harem CANNOT be redeemed. Like, she could resurrect everyone he cares about and slaughter his enemies and people would still be mad bc she put the death curse on him (which is bad but he put the slave seal on her so…kinda balanced)

And I also think people think that just bc they are teaming up he’s immediately gonna fall in love with her but it doesn’t make sense. He really doesn’t care about anyone and is only doing this not to make her stronger but to make himself stronger. There is no person who is better at this than her so if he wants the best results, he needs the best partner.

I don’t hate her character, what I hate is if this character was a Male, and he did exactly the same stuff she did to YC, then there would be absolutely nothing he could possibly do for YC to not kill him. But because she is a Female, she gets all the extra chances imaginable.

Do this for a Male, and you can do it the exactly like this where YC is getting something out of it. But don’t do it because he’s sparing the guy because of the love YC has for another Girl. Like with Fen Juechen. Because again a woman was involved.

Exactly. But since because it’s a woman and majority of readers can’t imagine hurting a woman than yeah let’s spare them. But I’m telling you now I swear to God once a woman tries to kill you and hurt your family. Or she tortures you for months. You won’t be able to seep without killing her. I still remember Yun che promising to rape her 10,000 times and rip her into pieces

If YQ was a male instead, I could still handle it.

proof: Feng Hongkong
He killed Cang Yue’s father, similar to how YQ caused the death of the family members of YC’s loved ones. But they both never killed someone YC personally loved (although YQ caused Jasmine’s to lose her body). But in the end, Feng Hongkong became a neutral character.

The biggest difference though is that, with a female, there is the potential of romance. Many people, including myself, like enemies falling in love with each other.

Another thing is about Jasmine’s brother having died, I remember that he (YC) doesn’t blame her, because his personality is similar to Jasmine’s brother, the kind that does everything for the woman he loves and the like. YYC blames Jasmine’s own brother for dying like this. And now the last thing they keep talking about is that YQY made Jasmine’s mother die, but they forgot that the Moon Emperor knew who had done things and did nothing, besides who made Jasmine’s mother die was the Her father. The only reason YC could hate YQY would be the brand of brahma that put it on him at that time, but in the face of the benefits he currently gets, that little pain was nothing. That simple.

Spared all of Absolute Monarch Sanctuary for Xia Yuanba as well. The Sanctuary can be argued to not have had enmity between them and YC, but the leader Huangji Wuyu certainly did.

Brahma bitch got jasmines brother killed and didnt regret it, and he loved her too much and even his remaining part of soul didnt regret dying for her. Tried to kill jasmine. Gave yunche curse so horrible that he felt unimaginable pain. Was going to either rape or kill XQ for her special body and to become true god. Was going to give up bluepolestar location to her dad after the slave seal broken, if the eternal heaven message came just a bit late. Shes has harmed who knows how many other innocents. And the elf/fairy race also must be harmed by her when she was still in power. She doesnt deserves to be redeemed. And her brain would have have worked the same as it does now even with the slave seal, there was no need for not doing it, but there was need for doing it so she cant hurt him in future. He should have learned the lesson by now. Old yun che would have planted slave seal. The auther has gone bad in plot writing and is just trying force things that wouldnt happen according to the characters original personalities. Only cuz bb is super beautiful and woman.
