my guess is similar to yours but not the same. i think slowly XQ’s personality is being erased by her heart of snow glazed glass. the HSGG is supposed to give her high comprehensive abilities, pure and clear disposition, her soul will grow stronger and stronger over time, and be able to sense danger etc. but when YC was supposed to die in the DG realm she submitted to it? or something along those lines. after that incident the XQ has technically been a different person. that is why i think the HSGG is showing her the “correct” way to handle the situation. if you look at it from that perspective all her actions should be correct. the XQ from before the activation of the HSGG was more into YC even to the point of abandoning her father and shaming the MG realm to not be misunderstood by him. after she activated HSGG she become resolute and decisive casing point, she destroyed a whole star realm and anything else that could connect her to the Demon gods and YC. in the end i think the MC has to save her from herself or something like that.

i think her sword has a space like the arc does but only bigger and BPS is hidden in that space and why she tried to use it on YC so many times and i think if that dude hadn’t showed up she would have “killed” everyone while really hiding them in said space

personally, i would like your guess to be correct. but lets look at the facts here. she distroyed the BPS. there is no way she could’ve fooled them because even if she is powerful the dragon god, goblin king, and the others who happen to be stronger than her were all there so no way she could fool them. which is why o think as far as she knows the BPS is destroyed.
ofcorse I don’t believe it is really destroyed my guess is HSDE did something to protect it.
about meyin she could’ve buried the information and evidence about her involvement but no she spread it and tried to kill or cripple her father. the only reason she protected huo poyan is because of SSR. hence the current XQ is evil

My personal opinion is that there might be space time shift. The author is showing a time with XiaQ in it and another time without her existence. Why Meiyin was taken away from her home is nobody can use her to black mail YC. However we don’t know how YC react when he sees XiaQ. Note Meiyin can be used as a shield to buy time for XiaQ to explain the situation. Plus Mieyin can see the future. What an asset to have under your control.

Most of her future actions quite align with what is said in this chapter, and she states that she has cut all ties with Yun Che and that the whether she will be judged evil or righteous it will have nothing to do with him. Her original goal was to remove the threat of Qianye Ying’er, but right now, we can extrapolate this and deduce that she is similarly trying to save Dark Che from the threat of the God Emperors. She especially emphasizes that she will use any unscrupulous means to achieve her goal which is something we can use to explain why all her recent actions are very ambiguous.

One interesting thing she says is that she will try to create an opportunity for Yun Che to go back home, while she herself can no longer return. However, when Yun Che was titled the Messiah and had Jasmine by his side, Xia Qingyue was intending to go back to Blue Pole Star because the responsibility she was heavily burdened with had disappeared.
