There was a lot of foreshadowing in those chapters whe XQ and YC interacted, it’s simply been a while. One was where they were talking about YC’s daughter. XQ said he should not have a daughter as people he cares about are weak points (red flag 1). Then YC asked her if he she has weak points and she said no (red flag 2). Then when they put the slave seal on QY she mentioned that having XQ as an ally is great but it will be terrible if she turns on him (red flag 3). Then there was something from the DE about her being pitiful and having a terrible fate but the DE said she knows how to avert it, which might be another red flag.
Given that YC will become the MGR’s mortal enemy I’m fairly certain she is gonna play the bad guy for a while.

Damn I didn’t think I would see my own post here, haha. But yeah even though she is not gonna cause the blackening she is up to a scheme. Hopefully it’s something that will eventually benefit YC. Her entire purpose might have originally been to give YC her exquisit world.

Absolutely. I think the whole point is ot make herself the enemy so YC gets motivation to raise his strength quickly
