Has there been any news from Mars about this novel , update release schedule , why he’s not been able to update on daily basis ? or does he need sometime to review the plot ? Is there some personal issues etc etc

This has basically become a weekly, or more, release; he keeps getting vacation after vacation without keeping a fixed schedule whatsoever.
Does he not have some agreement with his publisher on how often he has to release new chapters? This situation has been going on for months now, it’s not a one time thing.
It has become a complete disregard for his fans (free or not).
And the worst part is that it’s happening at an important time of the story soo it’s hard to just give up or take a break from reading.

There is a new schedule rate every 5 days and it’s okay , if you have problems with it stop reading it.
My only problem is that if there is no release then he can say it in social media. It doesn’t take 1 min to post about it. And I have heard that his secretary handles all the social media account. Then what is the problem ?

I don´t like 5 days update. one of the reason I drop Chaotic Sword God.
While great story but the update is so slow, by the time I read the next chapter it is like forget it.
That is the problem with Wuxia Stories. they repeat a lot with a slightly different twist.
Now AGOT was scheduled for 2400-2500 chapters.
I was hoping it would be done in 1-2 years but at this rate, I am not going to wait 4 years+
Cause somebody wants to milk the publisher.
Especially since I already know the ending,
If Mars was western he would have do this, AGOT
book 1 till the Blue Polar World was saved.
book 2 till the reunited with Jasmine.
book 3 Down fall of a wannabee god - Northern realm ending.
book 4 Revenge of the devil
book 5 the conclusion happy ending and possible future.
Atleast fans do not have to suffer this will Mars release or not.
Then repeating certain section like him kicking impossible ods, auction house gambling or alchemy competition or getting lucky cultivation treasure. or finding new hot males or women.
Would not be so repetitive and predictable.
But I guess Asian likes repetitive stuff with a slight twist. wait the western people too with the super heroes comics. Batman (almost always the same) Spiderman (who still read that)
