The later u get into this novel, the more disappointing it becomes. The mc is from one of the top families in china, but is simply being pushed over and treated by his wife’s family like a stray dog. And he still choose to be a pushover and does not choose to reveal his identity… and the author’s apology plots doesn’t work and being override by an even more ridiculous and repeated plot. What a let down. The mc doesnt go up to my expectations.
