Pedestrian western novel. Reminiscent of books produced 30 years ago. I’m not sure I’d this by a Chinese novelist (I doubt it) or a western novelist (maybe fan-made?), but the first chapters are just as the description says, and I have no desire to read more.
I give it a three stars because it’s understandable.
