Each chapter consists of about 50% repeated sentences and extreme redundancy. My guess is, the author uses these repeated sentences as a way to lengthen the chapters and get more bricks per chapter. There are 173 chapters , but if you remove all the redundant content from each chapter, there would probably only be about 40 short chapters.

The story is decent though. It just gets ruined by all repeating sentences.
