I had once read a novel here which has some similarities to this novel.
In that novel, the mc occupies the body of a person who was beaten to death by his fiancee when he was peeking at her bathing.
This mc guy who occupied this body gets involved with large number of women. He loves a woman who has his child from his previous body. He has relations with twin sisters who are sold to him as slaves. He is able to change his body structure using martial arts.
