Nah, the phoneix or dragon god said that if he got all the powers of evil god he could get control over evrything like space etc

but didnt the creepy lady that was all-powerful mention that the laws of space and time was above the 7 elemental laws? then above the laws of space and time was the laws of void?

Well it makes sense, they should all be on the blue pole star and he hasn’t been there for along time (and when he was he was crippled). Plus, they may be under the water.
