The North Domain plot kinda flat!? Whatever

I dont know if most of you noticed it. but somehow in the past few chapter the story more of copy paste from the previous and long ago story line. the novel is great i can proved that. but somehow as a reader and reading it for free, I cant grasp the sense of excitement. Although, this North Domain chapter are just starting but will Mars should put or somehow emphasize more impact so we could squeezed more or less the sense of excitement while reading the story. The action are OK and the drama are BAD. Will let wait more…who knows Mars would flip 360 degrees to add some BOOOM to it… well whatever…

There are too many unnecessary drivels and chapter seems short. Both with the addition to inconsistent release schedule do not help at all.

Every single line and thought that comes from Qianying is gold in my opinion because the rest of the sťory pales in comparisen. She was also seemingly thinking of killing the phoenix princess? Anyways she is the most enjoyable character of this arc for me and I wish to see her relationship with YC grow. Other than that, I would like to see Hong’er and You’er again as well as them meeting YQ.

I 100% agree with everythung you say, but for me, this arcs plot is secondary before the Yun Clan and overthrowing the upper realm/king realm shit happens.

I was very excited to read chapters 1530 to 1554. I thought it could mean a fresh start to the novel and Yun Che would be more like the MC of “Warlock of the Magus World”, but the last chapters were a cooldown. It feels like the same.
Yun Che’s weakness towards women is very annoying. Why won’t he just kill the Phoenix girl and take her powers anyways?

woman, tournament, woman, tournament, woman, tournament… same old, same old.

Wait, why would he kill the Phoenix girl? I get that people want him to be heartless/devil but killing her for no reason is Joker levels of chaotic evil. He is more calculating realizing that he can get more by using her. I feel like people just want YC to just kill everyone he meets but he still has to get stronger before he can do that and should at least serve a purpose. And when has YC had the ability to take other people’s powers? I know I have forgotten some stuff since I have started reading another story but I don’t ever remember YC “stealing” other people’s powers.

As u can see these chaps are introductions/stepping stones .The real plot starts after the tournament (hope so)

Yeah thats what i thought…the story itself made the same pattern lately, like what happened to MGA??? provoke…revenge… treasure…, provoke…revenge… treasure… and goes on… it make the whole story predictable in the long run. DAmn, hope MArs would put amazing twist on coming chapters that makes us excited…AGAIN…

Yeah i thought so… YQ in this arc is the main ingredient of the story. the others are just props. And also, it would be better to progress their relationship deeper in the sense that it would not be as a tool but feelings.

I dont think so. Yun Che itself by nature is already strong. How much more his pure dark power. North Domain after thousand of years became polluted. The people in it that used dark power in dont know how to channel their power well because their are no inheritance left from the demon tribe. Only YC and YQ understand the law of the dark. Thats why the North Domain only had a Monarch as the strongest level since they cant proceed further. When YC fix the dark power of the 1st princess of han he understood the whole situation of all people living within the domain of what they suffer upon level up.

The problem with why so far, Northern Plotline seems boring, is cause of the end of Gods Realm Plotline, let most of us a sour taste.
While the Northern Plotline start is standard, I think it would have even been better with Mu Xuan Yin instead of Qianye Yinger.
But then again that is cause I am biased. but I settle for QY no problems and makes more sense.

The speed is always slow at start, but so far finally one interesting Character, instead of a bunch of throwaway toons.
Considering we already have 3 females introduced so far all three princesses but none of them sticked till the southern Phoenix.
I guess Yun Che has to pick up a princess again according to Mars.

Anyway for QY haters, think Emma Frost. while Emma Frost gotten hated so much by marvel fans for winning over Jean Grey.
In the end she did create her own character and is more popular then the girl next door :wink:

I think we all after 1500 chapters where YC always has some woman beside him(Jasmine, My Xuanyin and you can also include He Ling, You’er and Hong’er) we are used to him having a romantic partner. Thinking in this way, YQ not falling in love is very unlikely

I think if it was MX in YQ place, YC would still be weak, since MX displays a strong and protective personality, even if she was completely in love and showing affection to him, she would still be ahead of YC and not let him any space for act.
As for YC and YQ relationship, I really expect that he will start loving her, and since she would be the “last” person he has in this, if anyone get even close to her, he would become worse than a cat whose tail was trampled. And not something like he was in the beggining of the novel with Xiao Lingxi, but something more evil, literraly killing everyone who dare to look at her

Nah, probably DM 8 or 9 give or take. A small realm difference within Divine Master is huge, let alone to mid stage Divine Sovereign.

That is what I truly wish to see in the future. Therefore I also hope we don’t get any additions to the harem in the near future like Caizhi and this princess/othe princesses
