I don’t think so since if I remember correctly, Eternal Heaven Divine Emperor must have a righteous heart to earn the throne because it is connected to the righteous will of Eternal Heaven Pearl or some sort. Well it is still possible to happen tho, since the aura of primal chaos is weak now and heavenly treasures are losing their former power.
