I am confused here, is BabelChain aka BabelNovel no longer a machine translating website? Is the goal to turn this into another WebNovel, complete with its horrible reputation and questionable business practices?

If this place wants to continue to be a good place for machine translation of chinese text with a focus on the novels, then great. If not, and it wants to become a publisher that paywalls everything then I cannot see how this is going to turn out well. It certainly wouldn’t rub the old user base the right way.

Machine translations should be treated differently than human translations. Charge for the latter, not the former.
