This novel is a twist on the overbearing CEO and the Military Colonel QJ with a low EQ. Poor XJ has been working himself to the bone for 3 years building up his spouse’s company at the behest of his now dead grandfather-in-law, taking care of his 2 aging parents, dealing with a board of directors filled with plotting and scheming while his spouse left him the day after they got married. Mission after mission for 3 years. Now QJ is coming home for a break after all these missions. His forgotten spouse is about to show him the power of love, cunning, and genius.
