Really interesting setting

Only just starting but the cultivation system feels realistic, just slightly more exaggerated than traditional martial arts. The story is gritty and the setting is interesting. It’s set in modern day but for most of it the main character is immersed in historical Chinese clans and the underworld making him feel like a-bit of a spectre to the modern world.

I like that it’s modern day but it still feels a bit slow to start
