So basically current chapters are 3812 and onwards. As you know publishers did a chapter number jump of 300 chapters from 3259 to 3560. to compensate that, they now jumped down from 4111 and went to 3812. so if you are not updating because of chapter number, after 4111 the latest chapter is 3812
