No, it isn’t. The text has stated explicitly that she is a member of the Dragon God Race. It has also stated that she has a “Royal Father”. Then there’s all the other compounding evidence like the fact that her eyes were described as azure just like Dragon God’s, that she was shackled to the Forbidden Land of Samsara where the Well of Samsara is into which the Heaven Punishing Ancestral Sword was thrown, that she told He Ling that they shared a similar fate after He Ling became the spirit of a Heavenly Profound Treasure, that she lost her shit when she realized Dragon God gave his soul to YC and she finally found a way to free herself. They haven’t come right out and said “Shen Xi is the Dragon God’s Daughter”, but it’s beyond obvious that she is. Anyone who has read the story and denies it is either trolling or lying to themselves. Or they just completely failed to understand what was written.
But she is.
