My first wuxia read novel was pmg1.
The final chapters were written in a rush mode with a very strange ending.
Pmg2 has another author. It starts obviously as a prosecution of pmg1, but with a little different approach in some manner, sometimes more cruel, sometimes great, other times a little dull. The final is not worthy…and the chapters in modern china times are not as the same level of the rest of the novel.
But Ling Feng, during 1 & 2, is a very enjoable protagonist.

Also i have read those two with better translation…but for the final chinese modern part, i was obliged to read here (at that time the novel here was free to read, and not to be bricked or paid), and the translation, if it’s automatic machine or not, is very akward, in some part.
