Why every time the book revolves around a male leader and is not a boys love there is a harem in the plot? straight male leaders can’t be a pair.

Yes, it seems author can’t write for one female leader and love interest. The mc gets a nose bleed for seeing a beautiful girl naked although he previously had a girlfriend.
