I have some questions in understanding blood essence, at the moment I am on chapter 556 in Martial World. When Lin Ming burnt his blood essence while he fought [Lei Jingtian] in chapter 480, will Lin Ming recover or regenerate the lost blood essence back to 100% and if possible, how?
When one looses some amount of blood essence, what are the downfalls or side effects on a martial artist?
Can a martial artist blood essence be able to recover or heal on it own with time without the use of other substance for instance Vermilion bird blood?
