Im only on chapter 74 and hope it gets better. The MC was amazing after he cunningly turned the situation. But soon as the love interest entered he started getting lame and hot headed again. Quick to trip and fall like a delicate lady. His scheming mind turned to mush and now relies all on the love interest. Stupid enough to let ppl in his office while working now the love interest has stolen the MC family battle array. The repetitive “about to say something important but interrupted and never finished when ot clearly could of been” gets boring and eye roll inducing by chapter 74.
He quickly goes grom “break of this engagement!” To a meek uncertain “you didnt know? Ohh well blush i like you to now”
