Huo Tingshen takes the blame of Wen Qing's exposure

I don’t understand why Huo Tingshen is taking the blame of Wen Qing’s identity exposure for Ye Wanluo, this is just giving her what she wants.

Ye Wanluo already betrayed Huo Tingshen and married Tingchi, why is she he’ll bent on still being the for Tingshen and ruining his happiness? I just hope Wen Qing and Tingshen disappoints her and never allow her to achieve her goal in separating them.
