originally the novel was good, but when it gets to Wen Changxi, the mc becomes a completely pathetic beta-male. it’s fucking infuriating. i have to struggle so hard just to continue reading. he turns into such a coward and lets himself get pushed around for no reason. another one of those unrealistic novels where he literally goes into a daze because of beauty.
