First time seeing a Softy and brainless MC.[spoilers alert]

I have read my fair share of light novels. But this is the first novel where MC is a waste who doesn’t kill people who tried to kill him. A lot of times he even swears that “if I don’t die today I’ll kill you”… or “I am not a man if I don’t kill you one day”. But so far he never kept his word.
And also even though there are many chances to kill people who tried to kill the MC, he just lets them go. The worst thing is he never takes any precautions even though he can’t defeat his enemies and will definitely die if he meets them.
Plot is dull and nothing exciting except for the routine arrogant geniuses everywhere many of whom tries to humiliate or kill the MC. Author has also forgotten many unfinished parts. Most of all, he doesn’t have any life saving cards in general, if not for the plot armour he’d have died dozens of time.
