I think, before dying EG seperated the sealed SX from the first heavenly profound treasure, or something like that, and used it to complete his daughter hong’er’s incomplete soul now which is also shared by you’er.
Maybe they are also same existense like He Ling, spirit of SPP. It can also help to confirm why SX knew hong’er even though she was sealed even before hong’er was born. So it means YC also has sword of Mo E other than SPP and MoS.

I don’t think so because hong’er was treated by Li suo the god of creation of life, master or lord of Shen xi so they should have known each other for a long time, not necessarily she was released from the seal because the sword was obeyed by the god dragon before the end of the war thus sealing his daughter

If this was true than the Azure Dragon God should have known that his daughter wasn’t sealed anymore and wouldn’t had asked YC to find her. We are still in the Primordial Era where the gods haven’t died yet
