Errors of using the words he and she

I deeply advise the author to correct usage of these words “he” and “she”.
We use the word “he” for male and “she” for female.But when we read the story,for example,Liu Lan,it is obvious that Liu Lan is female,so only the world she should be used.not the word “he!!!”
But there is a lot of typical errors when the word has to be she when latter is used for female characters.
