Lingxi other “soul” sleeping within her could be the part of the ancestral god seal in her piece of the manual, like a remnant of the ancestral god soul, something like what the evil god did with the seed of water but more complete

It was very clearly hinted that XL is a reincarnation of a creation god and that YC( his sleeping soul) is on a higher level than a creation god. The hint I refer to is the mention of the evil infant’s inability to read the manual and it is explicitly stated that only creation gods and nothing existing above or below their level could read it. The reason i said that YC exists above the level of a creation god is because that hint sounds like a justification for why he couldn’t read it so that readers won’t be confused later on plus the MC is always a reincarnation of a supreme being or has a supreme being bloodline in all mars’ other novel.

So you mean YC is the heaven itself? The only thing above ancestral god is the heaven itself since it is primordial of the primordials. For me, I think he just a descendant of two or more creation gods. Either evil god descendant + li suo descendant married and gave birth to his clan, or a descendant from EG+LS+many other gods. Since he has higher comprehension ability than creation gods to the point of able to comprehended law of nothingness that even the creation gods can only dream of comprehending it.

I thought only creation gods and devil emperors could read the manual because they inherited the ancestral goddess’ memories? So it doesn’t mean anything besides Yun Che is not inheriting any of the ancestral goddess’ memories, and Xiao Lingxi somehow inherits it but can’t access it consciously at the moment.

Maybe it’s like desolate era where the gods created humans and other creatures in one chaosworld(enclosed world) and beyond that world is a system of chaos worlds and chaos regions with daolords and autarchs?

Remeber the devils were thrown outside the known universe and survived because of the spear so we known that there exists something beyond their universe and maybe they’re just too weak to survive there. It would make sense if you have to be beyond ancestral god to travel beyond the known universe since the reason for the ancestral goddess’ death doesn’t sound convincing maybe she split herself up to eventually recombine and increase her power somehow? I don’t know just my thoughts plus it would be awesome if YC is an ancestral god from another universe who did the same thing while retaining his main soul or something.
