Can anyone tell the translator to use the correct pronouns such as “he”, “him”, “she”, “her” for the correct gender? For example; bai xiaole is a male, but the translator always uses “she/her” for him all the time. The translator even uses “she/her” for Long Chen.

It’s because in chinese they do not differenciate between he/she/it like we do. So the translation machine cannot know if the name following the pronoun is a male or a female name.

Chinese written language does have different characters for she and he and it, although they sound the same in the spoken language.
