Award to the most shameless in-laws

This is a cute story in the style of the American Classic “Little Women”… in Chinese feudal period with a dash of transmigration and a ton of shameless family taking advantages of other members of their family in the name of filial piety. There are some long winded sections in the story, but since it’s an English translation from Chinese, I’m guessing we lost some of the author’s literacy intent.

The grandma on the dad’s side is terrible, she so mean and greedy.

The translations are not up to par. Some names are translated and then switched to it’s meaning or kept to the original. Now a very good flow.
