A evolve-Story with a lot of questions

Currently i’ve read till chapter 15 and am unsure if i want to continue.
The Story is as simple as it’s states - a reborn? guy tries to “lvl-up” in his new born state. Unfortunatly there are a lot of unclear things, like the setting of the whole Story and it’s really like bloodthirsty, additionally a lot of chapters are repetitive and therefore there is nearly no motivation for me to read on.
