This is the love story of a medley group of interconnected people, their experiences as they search for love, their successes and failures. The title belong to a character that emerges after chapter 500 while the synopsis belong to the early characters before chapter 500. Later chapters show how all their lives intertwine to varying degrees. 
The good aspect of this novel is the variety of love experiences. Not many dull moments, no gore or carnage to make you cringe and wonder at depraved humanity. Its like many different love story-lines combined and linked to form one book. Cupid was sure busy with these characters.
